By purchasing a commission the client is automatically bound to these Terms and Conditions.

SUBMISSIONS

Submissions for commissions will be accepted on a case-by-case basis after discussion with the client.

acceptance of a commission is not guaranteed if submitted, I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.

PRICE CHANGES

listed prices are only references for each commission type as quotations are given based on a case-by-case basis.

If the listed price of a commission type were to change during the process of a commission, the client will not be billed or reimbursed the difference.

COMMUNICATION

Discord and Twitter are preferred avenues for commission-related communications.

DIGITAL ART & DESIGN; TERMS OF SERVICE FOR CLIENTS (INDIVIDUALS)

Changes after initial finalisation

  • minor changes (resolution changes, slight colour adjustments, spelling corrections etc.) will not be subjected to additional charges.

  • Major changes will be subjected to additional charges based on how severe they are. (quotation provided before changes).

USAGE AFTER PROJECT COMPLETION

YOU MAY:

  • repost and share the completed artwork.

  • print physical copies for personal use.

  • print or distribute copies without direct monetary gain (posters, stickers etc.).

  • sample or use elements within the artwork in a transformative way.

YOU MAY NOT:

  • use the artwork in the creation of nfts.

  • print or distribute copies for direct monetary gain (t-shirts and merchandising etc.).

  • use the artwork with machine learning/ ai art generators of any form.

ONLINE REPOSTING/ SHARING

  • no permission is required for sharing or reposting on social media.

  • signature/watermark must not be removed.

  • if the signature/watermark is not visible, provide credit in the caption.

TRANSFORMATIVE USE; NON-CLIENTS**

UNACCEPTABLE USES OF MY WORK:

  • creation of nfts.

  • printing of physical copies in any medium for commercial purposes.

  • using the artwork with machine learning/ ai art generators of any form.

  • direct tracing or recolouring.

  • usage in political messaging.

  • usage in digital or online commercial purposes.

COMMISSIONED WORK (ART & DESIGNS DONE FOR CLIENTS)*

  • do not edit, trace or recolour any artwork or design that has been listed as a “commission”.

  • i do not own the rights to the characters portrayed, please contact the owner for permission.

**reparation or legal action will be pursued when applicable.

PAYMENT*

ALL PAYMENTS WILL BE DONE ON PAYPAL

payment should typically be:

  • 50% payment upon initial finalisation (final sketch or design layout) + 50% upon full project completion.

  • 100% payment upon initial finalisation (final sketch or design layout).

an invoice will be sent to your provided PayPal email.

*I keep payment plans flexible based on clients i.e. first time / regular, so this is just a guide for what to expect.

ABANDONED COMMISSIONS

If a commission is explicitly cancelled or the client is unresponsive for an extended period of time, it may be sold to a different client or repurposed. elements related to the original client’s characters or intellectual property will be removed from the resold or repurposed project.
